Toyota Land Cruiser | Lexus LX570 | Transmission & Catalytic Converter Skid | 2008-2021
Transmission skid plate for the 2008-2021 Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX570.
Fitment
- Ventilation holes to keep temperatures down around the transmission
- Mounts into preexisting holes from the factory
- Shield not compatible with lift kits that required subframe modifications (usually lifts greater than 3 inches)
- In some instances, there may be a tab on a preexisting OEM skid plate that will need to be bent slightly to allow the transmission shield to slide into place. This does not impact the integrity of either shield
- Fitment has been confirmed on stock 4x4 vehicles
- Note on catalytic converter protection: The transmission skid plate protects the front catalytic converters and makes it difficult to remove the rear catalytic converters, though they are still visible. If you want the rear catalytic converters fully covered you will also need to purchase the transfer case skid plate.

- CNC Laser Cut out of 1/4" 5052 Aluminum or 10-gauge steel
- All aluminum plates ship uncoated as bare metal, some cosmetic blemishes may be present on material upon arrival. Displays in pictures have been polished and finished.
